面试的时候最重要的是沉着稳重的面对.不管是对于什么样的工作。这是必须的.当然还有技能方面的.那就看你对这个的一个了解和你对这个行业的经验.另补充：反驳下面的人所说的。这么少的内容看几分钟就看完了。当然能不能看完完全是看个人对这个有没有兴趣，没兴趣的人看一下就不停翻页然后说怎么这么多啊。有兴趣的人一点一点看就看完了。而且面试最重要的就是充分的准备。如果你不来看或者了解些这方面的东西。那么难道你今天好好睡觉明天面试就会有人选上你么？机会永远只给有准备的人。1、国际货运代理协会联合会队会运代理的定义是 ：根据客户的指示 ，为客户的利益而揽取货物的人，其本人并非承运人。货代也可以这些条件，从事与运送合同有关的活动，如储货、报关、验收、收款。 2、我国国际货运代理业管理规定实施细则的定义是：国际货物运输代理企业可以作为进出口货物收货人、发货人的代理人，也可作为独立经营人从事国际货代业务。 国际货代企业作为代理人从事国际货运代理业务，是指国际货运代理企业接受进出货物收货人、发货人或其代理人的委托，以委托人或自己的名义办理有关业务，收取来代理费或佣金的行为。 国际货运代理企业作为独立经营人从事国际货运代理业务，指国际货运代理企业接受进出货物收货人、发货人或其代理人的委托,签发运输单证，履行运输合同并收取运费和服务费的行为。 货代的服务对象 从国际货运代理人的基本性质看，货代主要是接受委托方的委托，就有关货物运输、转运、仓储、装卸等事宜。一方面它与货物托运人订立运输合同，同时他又与运输部门签订合同，对货物托运人来说，他又是货物的承运人。目前，相当部分的货物代理人掌握各种运输工具和储存货物的库场，在经营其业务时办理包括海陆空在内的货物运输。 国际货代所从事的业务主要有： 一、为发货人服务 货代代替发货人承担在不同货物运输中的任何一项手续： 1、以最快最省的运输方式，安排合适的货物包装，选择货物的运输路线。 2、向客户建议仓储与分拨。 3、选的可靠、效率高的承运人，并负责缔结运输合同。 4、安排货物的计重和计量。 5、办理货物保险。 6、货物的拼装。 7、装运前或在目的地分拨货物之前把货物存仓。 8、安排货物到港口的运输，办理海关和有关单证的手续，并把货物交给承运人。 9、代表托运人/进口商承付运费、关税税收。 10、办理有关货物运输的任何外汇交易。 11、从承运那里取得各种签署的提单，并把他们交给发货人。 12、通过与承运人于货运代理在国外的代理联系，监督货物运输进程，并使托运人知道货物去向。 二、为海关服务 当货运代理作为海关代理办理有关进出口商品的海关手续时，它不仅代表他的客户，而且代表海关当局。事实上，在许多国家，他得到了这些当局的许可，办理海关手续，并对海关负责，负责早发定的单证中，申报货物确切的金额、数量、品名，以使政府在这些方面不受损失。 三、为承运人服务 货运代理向承运人及时定舱，议定对发货人、承运人都公平合理的费用，安排适当时间交货，以及以发货人的名义解决和承运人的运费账目等问题。 四、为航空公司服务 货运代理在空运业上，充当航空公司的代理。在国际航空运输协会议空运货物为目的，而制定的规则上，它被指定为国际航空协会的代理。在这种关系上，它利用航空公司的货运手段为货主服务，并由航空公司付给佣金。同时，作为一个货运代理，它通过提供适于空运程度的服务方式，继续为发货人或收货人服务。 五、为班轮公司服务 货运代理与班轮公司的关系，随业务的不同而不同，近几年来由货代提供的拼箱服务，即拼箱货的集运服务已建立了他们与班轮公司及其它承运人（如铁路）之间的较为密切的联系，然而一些国家却拒绝给货运代理支付佣金，所以他们世界范围内争取对佣金的要求。 六、提供拼箱服务 随着国际贸易中级装运输的增长，引进集运和拼箱的服务，在提供这种服务中，货代担负起委托人的作用。集运和拼箱的基本含义是：把一个出运地若干发货人发往另一个目的地的若干收货人的小件货物集中起来，作为一个整件运输的货物发往目的地的货代，并通过它把单票货物交各个给收货人。货代签发提单，即分提单或其他类似收据交给每票货的发货人；货代目的港的代理，凭初始的提单交给收货人。拼箱的收、发货人不直接与承运人联系，对承运人来说，货代是发货人，而货代在目的港的代理是收货人。因此，承运人给货代签发的是全程提单或货运单。如果发货人或收货人有特殊要求的话，货代也可以在出运地和目的地从事提货和交付的服务，提供门到门的服务。 七、提供多式联运服务 在货代作用上，集装箱化的一个更深远的影响是他介入了多式联运这是他充当了主要承运人并承担了组织一个单一合同下，通过多种运输方式进行门到门的货物运输。它可以以当事人的身份，与其他承运人或其他服务提供者分别谈判并签约。但是，这些分拨合同不会影响多时联运合同的执行，也就是说，不会影响发货人的义务和在多式联运过程中，他对货损及灭失所承担的责任。在货代作为多时联运经营人时，通常需要提供包括所有运输和分拨过程的一个全面的“一揽子”服务，并对它的客户承担一个更高水平的责任。 货运代理的责任 1、基本责任 作为承运人完成货物运输并承担责任（由其签发货运单据，用自己掌握的运输，或委托他人完成货物运输，并收取运费）。 作为承运人完成货物运输不直接承担责任（由他人签发货运单据，使用掌握运输工具，或租用他人的运输工具，或租用他人的运输工具，或委托他人完成货物运输，并不直接承担责任）。 根据与委托方订立的协议或合同规定，或根据委托方指示进行业务活动时，货代应以通常的责任完成此项委托，尤其是在授权范围之内。 如实汇报一切重要事项。在委托办理业务中向委托方提供的情况、资料必须真实，如有任何隐瞒或提供的资料不实造成的损失，委托方有权向货运代理人追索并撤销代理合同或协议。 负保密义务。货运代理过程中所得到的资料向第三者泄漏。同时，也不得将代理权转让与他人。 2、责任期限 从接收货物时开始至目的地将货物交给收货人为止，或根据指示将货物置于收货人指示的地点业已作为完成并以履行合同中规定的交货义务。 3、对合同的责任 国际货运代理人应对自己因没有执行合同所造成的货物损失负赔偿责任。 4、对仓储的责任 货代在接受货物准备仓储时，应在收到货后给委托方收据或仓库证明，并在货物仓储期间尽其职责，根据货物的特性和包装，选择不同的储存方式。 5、权利 委托方应支付给货运代理人因货物的运送、保管、投保、保关、签证、办理单据等，以及为其提供其他服务而引起的一切费用，同时还因支付由于货运代理人不能控制的原因致使合同无法履行而产生的其它费用。如货物灭失或损坏系属于保险人承包范围之内，货运代理人赔偿后，从货物所有人那里取得代位求偿权，从其他责任人那里得到补偿或偿还。当货运代理人对货物全部赔偿后，有关货物的所有权便转为货运代理人所有。 6、除外责任 ① 由于委托方的疏忽或过失 ② 由于委托方或其他代理人在装卸、仓储或其他作业过程中的过失 ③ 由于货物的自然特性或潜在缺陷 ④ 由于货物的包装不牢固、标志不清 ⑤ 由于货物送达地质不清、不完整、不准确 ⑥ 由于对货物内容申述不清楚、不完整 ⑦ 由于不可抗力、自然灾害、意外原因 但如能证明货物得灭失或损害是由货运代理人过失或疏忽所致，或带队该货物的灭失、损害应付赔偿责任。 货运代理的赔偿责任 货代协会一般条款队还规定的赔偿原则由两个方面：一是赔偿责任原则，二是赔偿责任限制。 一、赔偿责任原则 收货人在收到货物发现货物灭失或损害，并能证明该灭失或损害是由货运代理人过失造成，即向货代提出索赔，一般情况下，索赔通知的提出不超过货到后多少天，否则，就作为货代已完成交货义务。 货代基本赔偿原则： 1、如果货物交接地点的市价或时价与发票金额由差别，但又无法确定其差额，则按发票金额赔偿。 2、对古玩、无实际价值货物其他特殊价值的，不予赔偿。（除非作特殊声明并支付了相应费用） 3、队也依法生活诬蔑式的货物运费、海关税收，以及其它费用负责赔偿。但不赔偿进一步的损失。 4、对货物的部分灭失或损害则按比例赔偿。 5、如货物在应交付日多少天内仍为交付，则构成延误交货，货代应赔偿因延误而可能引起的直接后果和合理费用。 二、赔偿责任限制 从现有的国际公约看，有的采用单一标准的赔偿方法，有的采用双重标准的赔偿方法，对国际货运代理人的赔偿方法也应同样如此，但实际做法不一，差异较大
